Christina Carruth

Programs Coordinator

Mrs. Christina Carruth is the BenchMark Rehab Institute’s Programs Coordinator. Christina has been with BenchMark Rehab Partners since 2013. She has her Bachelors of Science degree from Georgia Southern University.

Hailey Swetokos

Assistant Registrar

Hailey Swetokos is the Assistant Registrar for the Benchmark Rehab Institute. Hailey began her journey with Benchmark Rehab Partners in 2015. She obtained her Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology from Kennesaw State University.

David Myers, PT, DPT

Dr. David Myers is a senior executive leader for Upstream Rehabilitation serving as the Chief Clinical Officer as a physical therapist. David has the distinct honor of holding the first partnership with Benchmark Rehab Partners and was delegated the first role of Regional Director within the company.

Zachary Rethorn, PT, DPT

Dr. Zachary Rethorn is an orthopedic physical therapist and certified health coach with expertise in chronic spinal pain and health behavior change. He earned his physical therapy degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, has completed a residency in orthopedic physical therapy through Benchmark Rehab Institute, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Science in health promotion and wellness. Dr. Rethorn currently serves on the advisory board of the Academy of Prevention and Health Promotion Therapies, is president of the Chattanooga district of the Tennessee Physical Therapy Association and actively participates in legislative and policy advocacy for improved health equity and environmental supports.

Trevor Davidson, PT, DPT

Trevor Davidson is a physical therapist and partner at SERC Physical Therapy in Rogers, Arkansas. He received his Master of Physical Therapy from Southwest Baptist University in 2005 and is currently completing his doctorate of physical therapy through the University of St. Augustine. He became board certified in orthopedics in 2011. Trevor is also certified in manual therapy through the University of St Augustine. Other certifications include: ASTYM, SFMA and dry needling. Davidson’s professional and clinical experience in physical therapy has allowed him to work extensively with physical therapy interns and residents in teaching and clinical settings.
