Anjanette Nunez, PT, DPT

 

Board Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist

 

Dr. Anjanette Nunez is a faculty member and course developer for Upstream Rehab Institute and is involved in the Modern Pain Science course.  She received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Georgia State University (GSU) in 2014.  Dr. Nunez completed the BenchMark Rehab Institute Orthopaedic Physical Therapy Residency program in 2016, she is a board certified orthopaedic clinical specialist (OCS) and is certified with the International Spine and Pain Institute as a Therapeutic Pain Specialist (TPS). Dr. Nunez has presented research on Pain Neuroscience Education at national and state conferences.  She is an active member of the APTA and serves on the 2017-2018 Nominating Committee for PTAG.  Dr. Nunez is currently adjunct faculty at GSU where she received the Outstanding Clinical Instructor Award from GSU for 2017-2018 the academic year.
